Thomas J. Moskal

Thomas Moskal served as a Chief Deputy District Attorney for Clark County and was one of the prosecutors featured in the Investigation Discovery docuseries Las Vegas Law and Sin City Justice, as well as CNBC’s true-crime series Blood & Money. He has also been featured as a legal expert in local news, including the Las Vegas Review-Journal and 8 News Now.

During more than a decade as a prosecutor, Thomas rose to become Las Vegas’s lead DUI death prosecutor, handling some of the jurisdiction’s most high-profile DUI death cases. He taught other prosecutors how to prosecute cases and instructed law enforcement officers on how to properly investigate and build them.

Thomas spent years seeing how prosecutors evaluate cases, how judges approach legal and evidentiary issues, and where defendants and their attorneys make mistakes. He uses that experience to fight for his clients.

Anya Sanko

Anya Sanko spent more than 12 years with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Forensic Laboratory, where she developed extensive expertise in forensic evidence analysis and expert courtroom testimony. She has been featured as an expert in local news, including the Las Vegas Review Journal and 3 News Las Vegas.

Throughout her forensic career, Anya examined evidence in thousands of criminal investigations and also testified as a forensic expert more than 50 times in Nevada state and federal courts.

Anya uses that experience to fight for her clients. Having spent more than a decade examining evidence for law enforcement and presenting forensic findings in court, she understands how criminal investigations are conducted, how forensic conclusions are reached, and where the government's evidence may warrant closer scrutiny.
